Summer Camp

Camp Heritage seeks to inspire a love of learning in our campers through active and enriching camp experiences that support Heritage Schools Core Values of academic excellence, fostering family engagement, and supporting physical and mental well-being among its students.

Camp Heritage is designed specifically for children ages 3 to 6 years old, Camp Heritage offers a mix of academics, field trips, arts, and sports themed camps set-up as weekly sessions to keep your kids engaged throughout the warm Wisconsin summer. Students from all schools are welcome to attend! 


Registration for the 2024 summer camp opens April 3rd at 6 p.m.

Our summer camp is a steal! Get ready for a summer of fun!

  • Each child is only $450 per week.

  • There’s also a $65 registration fee for families, charged only once.

  • For the Fourth of July week, enjoy time off from July 5th to 7th (prorated at $175 per camper for the two days)!

Want to register for the entire summer? Great, we’ll give you a $100 discount for each additional sibling. Here are the full prices for the eleven weeks:

  • First child: $4670

  • Additional siblings: $100 off each summer registration

To secure your spot, register today and pay the initial week's fees and family registration fees. Don’t worry, if you need a payment plan, we’ll work with you to make it happen. Just keep in mind that all fees must be paid in full by June 1st, and there’s a cancellation fee if needed.

Campus Policies

All students must be enrolled in a program while on Heritage Schools campus.

Heritage Schools reserves the right to cancel any of our programs prior to the start of camp, but don't worry, we'll always provide a full refund of your registration fee if this happens. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to illness after the camp has begun, a prorated amount will be refunded. Please note, we reserve the right to request withdrawal of any student who fails to conform to our high standards of conduct or who doesn't follow our rules and regulations.

We want you to make the most of your time at our summer session, but we know that sometimes changes need to be made. To request a cancellation or schedule change for one of our courses, simply send an email to admissions@heritageschools.com at least two weeks prior to the camp start date. Please note that a $85 processing fee applies for each cancellation made by the student or their family. Unfortunately, we can't provide any refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start date.

We're committed to providing the best possible experience for our students, which is why we allow one schedule change free of charge. After that, a $35 fee will be charged for each additional change.

Camp Heritage offers an extended care program for our youngest campers, aged 5 to 8, to make their camp experience even more memorable!

Our team supervises kids while they enjoy outdoor activities, create stunning arts and crafts, play awesome games, read, and relax. Parents don't need to worry about snacks either - our service includes two snacks in the afternoon.

We offer Morning Camp Care, a perfect solution for parents with early work commitments who need their kids to arrive at camp before 8:30 a.m. And for busy parents who can't pick up their children at the end of the day, we also provide After Camp Care. At just $50.00, it's an affordable and safe option. But don't forget, children must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. or additional charges may apply.

Welcome to Camp Heritage!

Our top priority is creating a safe and positive environment for all our young campers. We kindly request that electronic devices stay at home. However, students are allowed to bring cell phones to camp but it must be securely kept in the backpack during camp hours and lunch. In the event of an emergency, we will reach out to you immediately. Please note that Heritage School is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged devices.

Our campers are expected to show respect towards fellow campers, faculty and property, and be responsible for their actions. Any misconduct will lead to immediate dismissal from the camp program at the discretion of Heritage School.

Campers who attend our morning and afternoon camps between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. are required to bring a packed lunch. Kindly note that there are no available microwaves or refrigeration. At Heritage School, we are an Allergy Aware School, so please avoid including items with peanuts or nuts in your child's lunch or snack. For children attending sports or day camps, please provide healthy snacks for their morning or afternoon breaks.

Our summer program is open to children aged 3-6 years old, and we welcome all potty-trained children to join us! Each camper will receive a Camp Heritage summer t-shirt for the season.

We will observe the holiday on Monday, June 19, 2024, in honor of Juneteenth, as well as the week of July 3-7, 2024, in observance of Independence Day.


At the designated pick-up area, parents can easily drop-off and pick-up their children. To ensure the safety of our students, please do not drop off your child earlier than 15 minutes before the start of camp unless enrolled in before-care. Extended day students must be checked in and out by a parent or authorized adult every day.
